Our current processing times for online orders are between 2-7 business days, with most items being shipped by day 3-5.

It is our goal to have all orders processed within a timely manner so you can enjoy your Latoya's Boutique goodies.

We thank you for your continued support.

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with the Return Policy.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

As soon as your order is placed, we are started immediately on processing to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, this mean that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including but not limited to:

Changing your billing or shipping address

Changing shipping method

Changing color/size of the item(s)

Addition or removal of item(s)

If for some reason you no longer want to keep your order, we do allow returns after it has been delivered. Please refer to our Return Policy

In our Contact Section you will see a section call "Connect With Us" . If you are contacting us regarding an existing order, please include the order information.

Yes. We will send an order confirmation to the email address or mobile number provided at the time of your order, that will include the order number.

At this time we do NOT. We only serve customers with the United States and US territories.
